What’s BellaCast's Return and Refund Policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date (unless noted in Return Policy Exceptions) if the following conditions are met:

• Product is returned in its original packaging.
• Product isn’t used or damaged.
• Product includes the receipt or proof of purchase.

If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

• Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

2) Ship It Back

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item(s). Use a reliable shipping company and obtain tracking. Ship returns to:

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

3) Inspection & Refund

Upon receipt, we will examine the item and notify you by email within a reasonable period whether you are entitled to a return. If approved, we will refund your purchase price to your original payment method. If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement within 24 hours of processing your return.
